Separation Anxiety is a panic disorder. Your dog isn't acting out because they are mad that you left them; they have a phobia of being left alone. The howling, crying, scratching, destruction, and house soiling are not cognitive decisions your dog is making to get back at you. They are symptoms of pure panic.
The good news is that Separation Anxiety can be treated! Through a careful program of desensitization, I will walk this journey with you and create a series of customized training plans each week to help your dog gain comfort and confidence when being left alone.

Why are Separation Anxiety programs virtual? Working together in the virtual classroom allows your instructor to be a "fly on the wall" and observe your dog's responses to being alone. Keeping our presence out of your home prevents us from accidentally skewing the exercises and influencing behaviour! Video technology makes Separation Anxiety training an easy and successful process!
